Matt Hughsam is currently a Knowledge Management/Global Health Corps Fellow with Evidence Action in Washington, DC. He most recently worked with Grand Challenges Canada to model the long-term impacts of development innovations, and with Unity Charity to evaluate the impacts of hip-hop programs on youth mental health. Previously, Matt worked to support evidence-informed decision-making as Research Fellow in The Presidency of the Republic of South Africa and Fellow with the McMaster Health Forum.
Matt holds a BHSc. (Honours) with a specialization in global health from McMaster University, and previously taught two fourth year undergraduate global health courses at McMaster.
