GSL’s former Research Assistant Ali Tejpar recently graduated with a Juris Doctor and Master of Arts dual degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa and the Normal Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
Ali began working with the Global Strategy lab in May 2015. During his time at GSL, Ali co-authored multiple academic papers on global health issues and international law. He presented at three major conferences, including the International Studies Association conference, the IAPSS International Security Conference, and the Canadian Conference on Global Health. Ali was a recipient of the Norton Rose Fulbright Canada Scholarship and the Dentons Prize, and was named a Global Shaper in 2016.
GSL would like to congratulate Ali for all of his accomplishments, and wish him luck in his future endeavours!
