GSL Director Steven Hoffman, former Post Bachelor Research Fellow Reema Bakshi, and Managing Research Fellow Susan Rogers Van Katwyk published an article in Bioethics as part of a special issue on the ethics of antibiotic resistance.

The article, titled “How law can help solve the collective action problem of antimicrobial resistance” discusses how antimicrobial resistance is a global collective action problem with dire consequences for human health, global trade, and the environment. It considers how domestic and international legal mechanisms can be used to address antimicrobial resistance and overcome the governance and political economy challenges that accelerate it.
