Efua recently finished her first year of law school at Osgoode Hall, and graduated with a Master in Public Health from Boston University in 2014. Prior to attending law school she worked as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for St. Boniface Health Foundation where she directed data collection for an 85-bed hospital, and was responsible for the evaluation of the impact of services on the health of the 50,000 people living in the catchment area. Efua is an active member of the law school community and holds membership positions with the Osgoode Health Law Association, the Black Law Students Association and the Osgoode Mooting Society. She is also a summer student researcher with the Law Commission of Ontario, working primarily on the Last Stages of Life project. In her spare time, Efua enjoys exploring the city and spending time with her friends and family.
