Lisa Page is a second year student in the English Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa. She currently works for the Canadian Intellectual Property Office in the Copyright and Industrial Design Branch. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies and a Master of Arts in Global Development Studies from Queen’s University. Her thesis research focused on trade disputes and governance within the World Trade Organization’s Dispute Settlement Body. Lisa’s professional experiences have engaged with the regulation of legal rights to technology and pharmaceuticals in both international and domestic contexts.
