Meghan Blom holds a M.A. in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, with a specialization in International Development Policy. Her Bachelor degree was obtained at University of Guelph in International Development Studies, with an emphasis on Rural and Agricultural Development. Meghan’s interest in global health began during an internship in Ghana, where she worked on an initiative with local leaders and UNAIDS to reduce stigma and increase awareness of HIV/AIDS. Most recently, she has interned at the Health Legal Services division of the Department of Justice. Meghan is currently completing a law degree at the University of Ottawa, where her main research interest lies in the intersection between law, development, and global health.
